Job Title: Account Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Executive to drive day-to-day client servicing and project execution. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will serve as the crucial operational link between clients and internal teams (Creative, Design, Strategy), ensuring all deliverables are accurate, on time, and seamlessly coordinated while assisting with reporting and account operations.

Core Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Facilitate daily client communications, provide clear status updates, share meeting minutes (MOMs) promptly, and flag potential escalations to senior management.
Project Execution: Own project timelines, track daily tasks, and align internal teams to guarantee that all deliverables meet critical deadlines without delays.
Briefing & Quality Control: Translate client needs into clear, actionable internal briefs. Consolidate client feedback and rigorously proof-check all outputs for accuracy, formatting, and brand compliance before submission.
Reporting & Documentation: Gather data and coordinate inputs to prepare clean, accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.



Maintain immaculate account folders and daily trackers.
Account Operations: Assist the Account Management team with administrative and commercial workflows, including estimate preparation, billing coordination, and follow-ups.

Mindset: Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a rapid-paced setting.
Project Skills: Proven ability to manage feedback loops, strictly adhere to version control, and maintain comprehensive task trackers.
Communication: Professional and transparent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal departments.
Tools & Tech: Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion), and basic familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Meta).
Experience Required : 1 - 3 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
