Position: Accounts Executive

Location: AJI GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Miracle Software (ERP).
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Handle GST accounting, return preparation, and tax-related documentation.
Prepare TDS calculations and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.




Hands-on experience with Miracle Software is mandatory.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Experience using Miracle Software is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing accounting.
Familiarity with inventory accounting and production-related transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
