Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Now HRSD Senior/Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, leading implementations, and delivering scalable HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Service Now HRSD solutions (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center)
Configure workflows, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules
Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub
Customize Employee Center / Service Portal
Ensure data security using COE and HR-specific ACLs




Collaborate with HR stakeholders for requirements gathering
Lead module implementations and mentor junior developers (for Lead role)
Troubleshoot and optimize performance

Required Skills
Knowledge of ITSM (positive to have)
Solid experience in Service Now HRSD module
Hands-on with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Client Scripts
Experience in Employee Center / Service Portal
Integration experience (REST, SOAP, APIs)
