Job Summary The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, preparing bills and invoices, maintaining financial records, handling petty cash, ensuring GST and TDS compliance, and maintaining proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare basic bills and GST tax invoices.
Maintain daily accounting records and data entries.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt records.
Handle account billing and maintain billing records.
Prepare and maintain TDS deductions and related records as per applicable regulations.
Assist in GST and TDS documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage petty cash and maintain the petty cash register.
Maintain proper filing of bills, vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding billing-related matters.
Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports as required.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial records.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting.
Skills Required
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST billing, TDS, and tax invoice preparation.
Basic understanding of TDS deduction and documentation.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain records and documentation efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
