Accountant – E-Commerce Industry | Jaipur

SRJ People Partners is hiring a Accountant for a growing e-commerce company based in Jaipur.

Location: VKI, Jaipur

Experience: 4–5 years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, statutory payments and related compliance.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor reconciliations.
Perform bank, customer, supplier and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor e-commerce marketplace transactions, settlements, returns, commissions and deductions.
Coordinate inventory accounting and reconciliation with warehouse and operations teams.
Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and MIS reporting.




Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
Ensure timely closing of books and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com or another relevant qualification in Finance/Accounting.
4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and finalisation of accounts.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of inventory and e-commerce accounting will be preferred.
Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
