Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – PVIT (Pharmacovigilance IT Systems) to lead the implementation and management of Pharmacovigilance IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management, hands-on exposure to Pharmacovigilance IT systems, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Pharmacovigilance IT (PVIT) systems and related projects.
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
Support system implementation, validation,



testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Hands-on experience with Pharmacovigilance (PV) IT Systems.
Robust experience in Project Management methodologies and best practices.
Positive understanding of Pharmacovigilance processes and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
