About the Role

Anand Vardhan Resort is looking for an organized, energetic, and professional Admin Executive to oversee daily resort office operations and support management in Manali. The ideal candidate will handle administrative duties, maintain vendor relations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth, hassle-free resort workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, correspondence, filing, and resort paperwork.
Vendor & Procurement Management: Coordinate with local vendors/suppliers for resort supplies, negotiate quotes, and maintain inventory logs.
Staff Coordination: Assist the HR/Management team with staff attendance, shift rosters, and documentation.
Billing & Expense Tracking: Maintain Petty Cash records,



prepare basic administrative expense reports, and coordinate with the accounting team.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an Admin or Front Office role (Hospitality/Resort experience in hill stations is a robust plus).
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and petty cash handling.
