Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing accounting, banking operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and MIS preparation. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain Monthly MIS reports for management review.
Manage banking activities, including Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (BG) documentation and coordination.
Handle daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage cash flow.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
Support budgeting,



financial planning, and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Work closely with internal departments to support smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: CA Inter (Mandatory)
Experience: 5–10 years in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Banking, LC/BG, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally or similar accounting software.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
