Qualifications
Graduate with 13 to 16 years of RCM experience.

Responsibilities
Improve the operational system, processes and policies in support to organization s Mission
Coordination and communication between the support and business functions.
Play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence
Development of individual program budget
Ensure client s SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control.




Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved.
Ensure monthly invoicing details of the project is sent to the Accounts department.
Planning adequate staff and technical support for all the process.
Conduct appraisal and review of the Asst. Managers, team leaders and executives.
