Counsel prospective students through calls and meetingsUnderstand career aspirations and recommend suitable programsHandle inbound and outbound leadsMaintain consistent follow-ups and CRM updatesAchieve monthly enrollment targetsBuild long-term relationships with learners
Requirements Solid communication and interpersonal skillsConsultative and target-oriented approachExperience in counselling / sales / EdTech preferredBasic understanding of IT / Data Science domain is an advantageSelf-driven and result-focused
