We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and protected operation of flights at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures
Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely departure
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and productive manner
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings




Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a seamless operation
Follow all safety and security procedures as per company and airport regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset
Must be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
