About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Tally Prime, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts accurately using Tally Prime.
Record daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, cash books, and ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, reconciliations, and GST working papers.
Prepare and file TDS/TCS returns and ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
Assist in Income Tax return preparation for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
Prepare financial data for statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
Reconcile books with GST Portal, Form 26AS, AIS, and customer/vendor records.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.




Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
Manage payroll processing, salary accounting, PF, ESI, and qualified tax compliance (where applicable).
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and statutory documents.
Assist management with budgeting, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with clients, auditors, banks, and government departments regarding financial and compliance matters.
Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Com / M.Com / CMA Inter or equivalent.
Experience in a CA/CMA firm or accounting practice is preferred.
Familiarity with Income Tax and GST portals will be an added advantage.

NOTE : Salary is Min - 20,000 to 30,000 depends upon the experience and skills
