Key Responsibilities

Student Guidance & Advising

Provide one-on-one academic counseling to help students define educational goals, select courses, and meet graduation or program requirements.

Analyze academic transcripts, test results, and performance metrics to identify at-risk students and recommend personalized intervention strategies.

Guide students through college admissions, scholarship applications, and career path exploration.

Progress Tracking & Support

Monitor student attendance, academic performance, and credit fulfillment on an ongoing basis.

Conduct workshops and informational sessions on effective study habits, time management, exam prep, and educational choices.





Serve as a first line of emotional and motivational support for students facing academic stress or transitional challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Administration

Maintain confidential, accurate student counseling logs and academic records.

Communicate regularly with parents, faculty, and administrative staff regarding student progress or behavioral concerns.

Coordinate webinars, orientation events, and open-house informational programs for current or prospective students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
