Job Title: AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and modern machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI applications, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and scalable cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Generative AI Development
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other foundation models.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows for business automation.
Implement prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
Fine-tune and customize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.

Machine Learning & Data Engineering
Develop and maintain ML models using Python and contemporary ML frameworks.
Process, clean,



and prepare structured and unstructured data.
Implement model monitoring, evaluation, and performance optimization.
Work with embedding models and vector search technologies.

Cloud & Deployment
Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms.
Build APIs and microservices for AI applications.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices.
Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI systems.

Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
Stay updated on emerging AI, LLM, and Generative AI trends.
Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Technical Skills
Solid programming experience in Python.
Experience with Generative AI frameworks:
LangChain
LlamaIndex
Semantic Kernel
CrewAI / AutoGen (preferred)
