Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure timely financial reporting, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, GST filings, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance, preferably in a mid-sized company environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups
Prepare and maintain general ledgers, balance sheets, and P&L; statements
Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing




Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Support monthly and yearly closing activities
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely record-keeping

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
4–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles
Working knowledge of Tally ERP and/or other accounting software
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry
Good communication and organizational skills

Experience working in an SME or service-based workplace is a plus
