Business Planning
Monitor sales, inventory, and key commercial KPIs. Track business performance against targets and take actions.
Coordinate cross-functional execution of marketplace plans.
Closely monitor returns & take corrective actions

Inventory Planning & Warehouse Ops
Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimum inventory allocation across marketplaces.
Monitor stock health, sell thrus, and replenishment requirements.
Identify potential stock-outs and excess inventory, driving timely interventions.

Current Season Go-Live
Lead end-to-end execution of current season launches across marketplaces.
Liaison with catalogue team and inventory readiness before launch.
Monitor launch performance to achieve targeted full price sell-thru

Brand Store Refresh & Operations
Own periodic refresh of marketplace brand stores to reflect seasonal campaigns and merchandising priorities.
Coordinate updates to banners, navigation,



collections, landing pages, and featured assortments.
Ensure brand stores remain aligned with global and local brand guidelines.
Maintain operational excellence across marketplace storefronts.
Drive A content across key franchises

Operational Excellence
Own seller metrics across Myntra & Flipkart to drive execution excellence.
Coordinate with merchandising & trading team for pricing inputs & uploads
Ensure catalog accuracy and product availability across marketplaces.
Support marketplace campaign readiness for major commercial events.
