Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial documentation, and day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates who have completed or are pursuing CA Inter will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Record and manage purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.
Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants for accounting-related matters.




Assist with statutory compliance and audit requirements.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA Inter qualification/candidates preferred.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with relevant experience in Accounts and Finance will be preferred.
CA Inter candidates with hands-on accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
