Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com
1–3 years of accounting experience
Hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software
Valuable knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
Working knowledge of GST and TDS

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
Record purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Prepare and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & GSTR-2B).
Generate and manage e-Invoices and e-Way Bills accurately as per GST provisions.
Ensure timely generation, cancellation and amendment of e-Invoices/e-Way Bills whenever required.
Handle TDS accounting and statutory compliance.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Vendor payment follow-up and customer ledger reconciliation.




Inventory and stock reconciliation.
Account for credit notes, debit notes, sales returns and refunds.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audits and statutory compliances.

Required Skills
Strong MS Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Positive understanding of GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills and TDS.
Knowledge of inventory accounting.
Positive analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, honest and eager to learn.
