Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns daily to achieve the best ROI and reach performance targets.
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and video concepts.
Handle A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
Monitor budgets and spending across campaigns to ensure efficiency.




Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.
Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest strategy improvements.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in managing paid ad campaigns (Meta or Google Ads).
Robust understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
Valuable analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce is an added advantage.
