Job Responsibilities
Maintain daily store inventory and stock records.
Handle material receipt, issue, and stock verification.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain inward/outward registers.
Process purchase entries and verify vendor invoices.
Maintain accounts records in Tally/ERP.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams.
Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com (MBA Finance will be an added advantage)
2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Store Management.
Experience in the Construction/Infrastructure industry will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Solid communication and documentation skills.
