Daily accounting entries in Tally.
Purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting entries.
Ledger reconciliation of customers and suppliers.
Regular follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.
Calling customers and coordinating for payment collection.
Checking outstanding receivables and preparing follow-up reports.
Entries and records maintenance in our company's own software.
Bank reconciliation.
Checking invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
Coordinating with customers/ suppliers for account diffrences.
Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Assisting in GST/TDS-related accounting work and providing data to CA/accounting team.
Other day to day accounting and administrative work related to accounts.
