Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C.

Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based customer service solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver effective technical support.

Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
