Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system uptime.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively. Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
Robust analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level financial planning applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Excellent communication skills to document issues and interact with stakeholders.
