Experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.);

Ability to document complex technical and work-flow processes in plain English;
Robust customer service and exemplary communication ability, both written and verbal;
Troubleshot API issues using Postman, analyzing payloads, schema errors
