Responsibilities
Manage and support Restaurant Managers.
Visit restaurants regularly to check operations.
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor sales and work to achieve business targets.
Control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.
Train, coach, and motivate restaurant teams.
Resolve customer complaints and improve guest satisfaction.
Ensure restaurants follow company policies and food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory and reduce food waste.
Prepare performance reports and share updates with senior management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets is an advantage.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
