Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure timely reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll oversight.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Monitor cash flows and working capital management.
Review and streamline accounting processes and systems for efficiency.
Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and cost control.
