Phenom is looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager to join our Big Bets team — a high-visibility group driving company-level strategic initiatives at the intersection of engineering, product, and business. This is a foundational role for someone with a solid technical grounding and a premium management education who wants to build a career running large-scale engineering programs from day one.

What You'll Do
Partner with engineering leadership to structure, plan, and drive execution of cross-functional technical initiatives
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical roadmaps and execution plans
Own program-level metrics, timelines, and risk tracking across multiple engineering teams
Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders without formal authority
Build frameworks, dashboards, and processes to bring scale and predictability to rapid-moving initiatives

What We're Looking For




B.Tech in Computer Science (or closely related engineering discipline) from a recognized institute
MBA from a premium institute (IIM / ISB / equivalent tier-1 program)
Solid analytical and structured problem-solving ability; comfort with ambiguity
Evidence of driving something end-to-end — a project, internship, venture, or initiative — with multiple stakeholders
Working familiarity with technical concepts (APIs, cloud platforms, SDLC) even without hands-on coding in a professional role
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders
