Make My Hype is a B2B Growth & Business Development Partner (By Odatrise Media Labs Pvt. Ltd.) helping founders and organizations build market authority, generate qualified opportunities, and accelerate business growth through integrated demand generation strategies.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified business prospects for B2B clients.
The role requires a strategic thinker who understands the complete demand generation funnel—from campaign planning and lead acquisition to MQL development and sales handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads .
Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies.
Build and improve conversion funnels, landing pages and lead capture mechanisms.
Implement and manage tracking through GA4, GTM and Pixels .
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for MQLs, CPL, Conversion Rate and ROI .
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with content,
design and strategy teams to improve campaign outcomes.
