Job Title: Telecaller / Workshop Service Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1 – 2 Years (Telecalling / Sales) About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Telecaller to join our team at Grease Monkey. In this role, you will speak directly with car owners to book appointments for car servicing, mechanical repairs, AC work, body repair (denting & painting), and detailing services. Key Responsibilities:

Call local car owners, past workshop customers, and current inquiries to explain our services and book workshop visits.

Handle service reminders, seasonal checkup offers, and follow-ups with past customers.

Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries about service pricing and package details.

Maintain daily call logs (80–100 calls per day) and update customer details in our system. Requirements:

1+ year of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer support.

Candidates with previous experience calling for car dealerships, auto workshops, or garage networks will be preferred.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and working knowledge of English.

Polite telephone etiquette and ability to convince customers.
