KEY RESPONSIBILIES
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relaonship Managers to achieve business targets.
Plan and execute sales strategies for Business Loans
Monitor daily performance of the team and provide regular feedback.
Idenfy current business opportunies and ensure market penetraon in the assigned territory.
Responsible for recruitment of relaonship managers for assigned branches.
Maintain robust relaonships with clients and channel partners.
Track team producvity and ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Conduct regular sales meengs and training sessions.
Collaborate with internal departments for seamless processing and post-sales support.
Responsible for managing Profit and loss of assigned branches and ensuring profitability of strategic SBU.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:
A graduate / P.G in any discipline.
Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in Unsecured Business Loans
Must have team handling Experience.Role & responsibilities
