We are looking for a Backend Engineer with robust experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications and RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Scala, or Python and experience working with databases, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs.
Build and optimize data infrastructure and backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and distributed systems.
Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Linux/Unix environments.
Solid problem-solving and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with FastAPI, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and cloud-based architectures.
Exposure to AI coding tools and large-scale backend systems.
