We are looking for a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing residential and commercial projects, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful execution from concept to completion.

Role & responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
Design and develop residential and commercial building projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Design and develop architectural plans and projects.
Develop architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, including working drawings and interior designing.




Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
Ensure projects are completed on time, and to the required quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of architectural principles and practices.
Excellent design and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Proficient in relevant software and technologies.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
38 years of experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and MS Office.
