Key Responsibilities:
Transformer & Oil Testing:
Conduct rigorous testing of transformers and transformer oil to ensure compliance with technical standards and quality benchmarks.
Perform electrical, mechanical, and thermal tests to verify product performance and reliability.
IMS Procedures Implementation:
Implement and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures in line with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
Ensure all processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved to meet compliance requirements.
Supplier Development:
Drive supplier development initiatives by providing continuous feedback to suppliers to improve product quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Process Improvement & Re-engineering:




Identify prospects for process improvements and process re-engineering to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on reducing waste, improving productivity, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Incoming Inspection:
Oversee the incoming inspection of bought-out materials, ensuring that all materials meet required quality standards before use in production.
Develop and implement inspection plans, test protocols, and quality control measures for incoming materials.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quality tests, supplier feedback, process improvement activities, and compliance audits.
Prepare and present quality reports to management for review and continuous improvement.
