Proven experience of min 4 years in automotive sales, dealer network management, and regional business operations.

Demonstrated ability to drive dealer profitability, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.
Effective people leader with experience managing and developing field sales teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence dealers and cross-functional teams.
Analytical and data-driven, with the capability to translate insights into business actions.
