We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Service Manager to join our team at a reputed car showroom in Aluva, Desom. The ideal candidate should have robust experience as a Service Advisor or in a managerial role within the automobile service industry, with the ability to lead and support the service team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day service operations
Supervise and support service advisors and technicians
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally
Monitor service workflow, job allocation, and timely delivery
Maintain service records, reports, and performance metrics
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a managerial role
Robust knowledge of automobile service operations




Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a reputed automobile showroom/service center
Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field
