We are looking for a driven and client-focused Assistant Sales Manager/Executive to support revenue growth and drive successful sales conversions. This is a field-oriented role involving lead management, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

Responsibilities Manage and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and regular follow-ups.

Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.

Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

Handle client queries, negotiations, and support deal closures.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversions.

Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.





Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Generate referrals and repeat business through relationship management.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales and negotiation skills are preferred.

Prior experience in client handling or relationship management will be an advantage.
