Assistant Store Manager Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Lead, motivate, and support store staff to achieve operational and performance goals.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
Ensure accurate order processing, packing, and timely dispatch.
Maintain high standards of customer service by resolving customer concerns promptly.
Assist in achieving sales and productivity targets through effective team coordination.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
13 years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or store operations.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.
Proficient in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
