Role & Responsibilities
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
Support hotel-specific events or promotions through the store.
Coordinate with hotel departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;) for seamless guest experiences.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a hotel retail setting or hotel front office/F&B; roles with retail exposure.
Knowledge of POS systems, stock management software preferred.
Experience with upselling or cross-promotions in hospitality settings.
