Position: Store Executive – Spare Parts

Department: Stores & Inventory

Industry: Refractory Manufacturing / Refractory Application

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts as per company procedures.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel and update inward and outward entries.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department for replenishment.
Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of received spare parts.
Organize spare parts systematically for easy identification and quick retrieval.
Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue slips, and other store documents.
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Production, and Purchase departments for timely availability of spares.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure secure storage of materials in the store.
Follow FIFO practices wherever applicable and ensure compliance with company policies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
