Job Title: Backend Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer with up to 1 year of experience, preferably in an NBFC or FinTech workplace. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend applications for personal loan and financial services. Robust knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend frameworks is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain secure backend applications and REST APIs.
Integrate third-party APIs and payment/loan services.
Optimize database performance and troubleshoot backend issues.
Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams.
Ensure data security, scalability, and application performance.
Maintain code quality and technical documentation.

Requirements:
1 year of backend development experience (NBFC/FinTech preferred).
Knowledge of Golang, Node.js, or Java, REST APIs, SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Understanding of authentication, API security, and Git.
Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
