Role & responsibilities
Design and develop store layouts, floor plans, and retail concepts aligned with brand standards.
Manage end-to-end store design projects, including current stores, renovations, and refurbishments.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and monitor project quality, budgets, and timelines.
Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and execution excellence.
Recommend improvements in store layouts, lighting, signage, fixtures, and customer flow.
Stay updated on retail design trends, materials, and best practices to enhance the in-store customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
812 years of experience in retail store design,



interior design, architecture, or retail fit-out projects.
Experience working with retail brands, design consultancies, architecture firms, or interior fit-out companies.
Robust understanding of retail space planning, customer journey, and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
