Job Requirements Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to executing tax planning processes, documentation and compliance work Roles & Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance & Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR), Tax Deducted at
Source (TDS), and Advance Tax payments as per statutory requirements.
Tax Planning & Advisory: Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for real estate transactions,
capital gains, and corporate tax optimization while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Assessment & Litigation: Handle tax assessments, appeals, and litigation matters with tax authorities,
coordinating with legal and tax consultants for dispute resolution.
Transaction Structuring: Provide tax guidance on real estate transactions, Joint Development
Agreements (JDAs), land acquisitions, and leasing arrangements to optimize tax impact.
Audit & Regulatory Compliance:
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for tax audits, ensure compliance with changing tax laws (like amendments in the Income Tax Act), and manage documentation for scrutiny.
