Role & responsibilities:
Machine Maintenance & Repair
Supervise and perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of HK machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to ensure quick resolution.
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation of machines.
Maintenance Planning & Execution
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules as per OEM guidelines.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure timely availability.
Team Management & Training
Guide, train, and support technicians and junior staff in maintenance activities.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor execution for quality and timeliness.
Ensure the team follows safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Machine uptime 95% and reduction in unplanned breakdowns.
Percentage preventive maintenance completed on schedule.
Team training completion and SOP adherence.
Safety compliance and zero major incidents.
Timely vendor-supported maintenance and cost efficiency.
Implementation of improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.
