We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor / Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at a premium café & bar in Lower Parel.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
Prepare and maintain high standards for cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, and beverage cost.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and excise regulations.
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback.
Coordinate with vendors for seamless ordering and liquor indenting.
Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Assist in creating signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.

Requirements:




3–6 years of experience in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and guest interaction skills.
Experience with inventory management and cost control.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: (based on experience) Job Type: Full time

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
