Roles & responsibilities:
Thorough knowledge of Field instruments, SPRS, LV & MV VFDs, Weighing systems like Scheck SFF, Transweigh weigh feeders, Gas Analysers, Pollution control equipment, ABB/Siemens/Allen Bradley/FLS PLC Networking & programming knowledge, I/O configurations.
Evolve predictive systems /approach to identify the root cause of failure and formulate steps for improvement of MTBF and MTTR thereby increasing the availability of equipment.
Developing and implement best practice, preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for E&I;
infrastructure.
Planning to ensure critical spares availability always for all key equipment s including spares inventory control and management.
Should be well acquainted with Legal as well as Electrical Safety Standard, LOTO and Design safety requirements.
Implement ISO, WCM and safety standard systems scrupulously.
Valuable Communication Skills and should be a valuable team player.
