Role & Responsibilities
Meet with prospective customers to explain loan products and recommend suitable financing solutions.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and other business development initiatives.
Convert qualified leads into successful loan applications.( B2B and B2C ) Lead conversion.
Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation in compliance with company policies.
Process loan applications accurately and ensure timely submission.
Conduct field visits to customers for verification and relationship management.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate loan approval, documentation, and disbursement.
Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA graduates (Freshers) are preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services is an added advantage.
