Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support hiring for Pharmacovigilance (PV) and healthcare-related roles. The ideal candidate should have solid recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract qualified talent. Prior experience in Pharmacovigilance recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, communication abilities, and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.




Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future healthcare hiring needs.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and market practices related to healthcare and life sciences hiring.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in healthcare or life sciences recruitment.
Experience hiring for Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Clinical Research, or related roles is an advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
