Required Skills
2–8 years of experience in Business Development within US IT Staffing.
Proven experience working with Prime Vendors, MSPs, and System Integrators.
Robust understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in lead generation, account management, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery.
Proficiency with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
