NR Consulting is hiring for the position of Business Development Associate UK & Europe Staffing.

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM (IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Associate with experience in UK Staffing and Europe Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive current client acquisition across the UK and Europe markets.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and other business development activities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and offer staffing solutions.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.

Required Skills:




Experience in Business Development within UK Staffing and/or Europe Staffing.
Strong expertise in Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, and B2B Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or other prospecting tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have their own laptop.
Must be comfortable working from the Noida office (5 days a week).
