Role Description The Branch Manager (Life Insurance Only) will oversee the daily operations of the life insurance branch, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of sales and service targets. This is a full time, in office role based in New Delhi.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the branch team, driving business development activities, and implementing strategies to grow the life insurance portfolio.

The Branch

Manager will supervise customer acquisition, maintain client relationships, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies. The role also involves coordinating with senior management,



preparing branch reports, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Proven experience in life insurance branch management or similar leadership roles, with a solid track record in sales and business development.
Knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting basics, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
Strong people management skills, including team supervision, coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
Ability to analyze branch performance data, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Sound organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and willingness to engage in local market outreach and client meetings.
